Since taking this once a day for several months, my ankles are not as blue, and my legs do not tire as easily. I have serious varicose veins and am aware it thickens the blood slightly if you take warfarin, which I used to take. I switched to apixaban, which spares some vitamin K, and I’ve noticed quicker hair and nail growth, too.
